Well my buddy recently lost his Xbox 360 Elite last night to the e73 error. This isn’t the Red Ring of Death however a sneakier killer. Rather than 3 lights lighting up, you just have the bottom right light flashing red. Here is a short video on how to fix the Xbox 360, it’s much like how you would fix it if it got the Red Ring of Death. I would imagine if you wrapped it in towels it would fix it as well, the paper clips are just fancier.
One thing to note, this is only a tempory fix. It will most likely die again, so if you can send it in to be repaired for free that would be the best course to take.
