Modern Warfare 2: How To Get Titles and Emblems

If you are like me then I’m sure you are wondering how in the heck you get those Modern Warfare 2 Titles. I have stumbled upon a table of goodness that tells you how to unlock quite a few of the Titles.

As much as I would love to take credit for such an amazing amount of information I am a nice honest person and give credit where credit is due. That’s why I wanted to thank the folks over at the Call of Duty Wikia community for such a great list of information.

Weapon Specific Titles

Some titles are unlocked by completing challenges with specific weapons. It is possible to unlock five separate titles for a weapon, but not every weapon will have all five.

Below are examples of the five types of weapon specific titles along with the weapons that are eligible for each type. (Note: Headshots with Launchers aren’t counted, so Multikills are required instead). Italics show which challenge is needed. You must prestige to unlock the latter four challenges (Veteran and Master).

   Andrew: The stolen crate count does reset when you prestige and there is no viewable challenge or counter even when you do prestige. If you plan on getting Bounty Hunter, do it before you prestige.

   Hope this helps everyone! Very very sorry for the issue with the emblems. I wish there was something else I can do but it would require editing too much code and would change around a lot of my website. This being just 1 post out of a couple hundred I can’t see it as something that makes sense.

    I just wanted to say that I tested the Last Stand Kills IV to get the badger/mongoose looking emblem and you don’t get it at Last Stand IV. I’ll comment back when I know exactly when you get it.

    Yes, it’s the killcam. I’m doing my business on the AC-130, then game ends with my team with 7500 points. It shows my last shot with the AC-130 and everything!

    About the Infested tittle, I got it before I went prestige and was confused on how I got it cuz It was caotic the moment I got it. But after I went prestige I got the challenge again and the only thing that I could notice is that I got kill by someone wearing the Toxic tittle, not the Infested tittle. I’m not crazy, I remember it as if it was yesterday. So this could be debatable.

    Shoot someone with a low powered pistol… ONCE only, then use a throwing knife to finish them off.
    I got it that way and my 8 year old son got it that same way.
