No Last Stand is a perk. That perk doesnt allow you to get up. The Death Streak Final Stand lets you back up.

to glitch cold blooded to get it pro all you have to do is first get in a cage match(you must have a lmg to do this). let your enemy get a pavelow. once your enemy has a pave low both of you must try and shoot it down. once it is shot down it will start to spin. when it starts to spin start shooting it and every shot that hits it counts as one enemy killstreak destroyed. your welcome!

Yeah I use Scavenger for sniping sometimes. I don’t see the need in Slight of Hand. I am usually scoped in anyway, sure I may lose 1 kill by not having slight of hand but I get extra ammo with Scavenger.

Sleight of hand when used with a sniper rifle is for making a quick-sniping class.

You should also try 2 classes me and my brother made if u don’t like to sit around and camp but still like to be sneaky.
///////COLD-BLOODED NINJA///////
Primary Weapon: Any weapon w/ a silencer (I prefer the FAMAS though. The 3-round burst is efficient because it doesn’t spray for up to mid-long range {It does spray at long range+ however…} Even with a silencer it usually kills in 1 burst, not including last stand, final stand, and painkiller. And, the 3-round burst allows you to conserve ammo.)
Secondary Weapon: Any handgun with Tactical Knife (I prefer the M9 since its quiet and pretty accurate.)
Equipment: Throwing Knife (Its silent and you can use it over, and over again.)
Special Grenade: Anything you like is fine (its true that smoke can be used for fast getaways, however I’ve found that it usually just attracts more people. Its most efficient with a Thermal Scope since you can still see the enemies body heat in the smoke.)
Perk 1: Marathon Pro
Perk 2: Cold-Blooded Pro
Perk 3: Ninja Pro
Death-streak: Whichever you prefer is fine (I don’t usually die enough times in a row to get one anyways.)
This is called the Cold-Blooded Ninja class. I don’t usually like to camp, I like to run freely around the levels. This class is used for…
1. Efficiently sneaking into enemy territory undetected, and remaining so.
2. Sneaking behind an enemy to successfully incapacitate him/her.
3. Hearing enemies attempting to sneak behind you. (If experienced then, hearing their footsteps without your own can allow you to pinpoint their exact location as well as determine a successful means of ambush. Also, can determine the # of enemies.)
I don’t like to use the heart-beat sensor for these reasons…
1. When I use it I always rely on it way too much, which causes DEATH. (Don’t rely on any 1 weapon or class, try to adapt yourself to the situation.)
2. The heart-beat sensor encourages camping, which I usually find boring, cheap, and unsatisfying since I don’t actually test my skills.
3. It covers up a small chunk of the screen (Just a pet peeve.)
4. Almost anyone with Ninja will kill me.
///////QUICK ACCURACY///////
This is the class my brother made. (I like to name my classes, he doesn’t.)
Primary Weapon: ACR + ACOG
Secondary Weapon: M9/Desert Eagle + Tactical Knife
Equipment: Frag Grenade
Special Grenade: Stun Grenade
Perk 1: Sleight of Hand Pro (May also be used with Bling Pro adding FMJ to the Primary and Secondary Weapons.)
Perk 2: Stopping Power Pro
Perk 3: Commando Pro
Death-Streak: Painkiller
This class can be used for noobs and experienced players alike. It’s easy to use and its efficient for any situation. The ACR can be used long-range, mid-range, or for close-encounters. This class is not used for being sneaky like Cold-Blooded Ninja; this class, obviously, is used for quick-reactions and accurate shooting.

Try this out.
Equipment:
Smoke Grenade (For fast getaways)
Throwing knife (For silent kills)
NEVER use grenades for the stealthy type because they attract a lot of attention.
Gun:
Assult, Scar-H
Perks:
Bling Pro
Ninja Pro
Cold-Blooded Pro
Attachments:
Silencer
Heartbeat sensor
Start by keeping low and always being near cover.
Do not sprint all the time and at every corner stop and check your heartbeat unless you are sure there is no enemy.
If you walk past a popular or known spawn/camping spot always check your heartbeat. If you are fired upon find the nearest safe form of cover and hide, then do a rotation around all known entrances. Any red dots found do not engage let them come to you. If they don’t move you may slowly crouch behind cover until you can see them. Then shoot them or take them down with a knife. (Throwing or close range.)
NEVER run out in the open always stay hidden and stealthed.
