Hint 1: Try Every Weapon and Attachment
At least initially, you’ll get big experience point bonuses for getting a certain number of kills with each weapon in the game. So instead of lingering on one weapon for too long, switch to another weapon when you hit the milestones of 25 kills, 75 kills and so on. As you progress, you’ll also unlock attachments; start cycling through them as soon as they’re available. While you’re doing all this, pay attention to which weapons and fighting styles best suit you.
This makes perfect sense and for the longest time I was just whoring out my Famas and FAL but I decided to branch out, instead of using an assault rifle at all I switched over to the machine guns and to be honest it seems to work out pretty decent. I ranked up in a couple of games and learned that the machine guns aren’t that bad in the game. Granted I will always love my Famas.
Hint 6: Headquarters Pro for the Noob and Beyond
Headquarters Pro, which requires opposing teams to fight for one periodically moving control point, is the most consistent gametype for picking up experience points. Even if your team loses, and you have a terrible match, you’re still looking at about 2,500 points per game, not counting any bonuses you collect. Win the match and you’ll get 3,500 points or more. What makes Headquarters Pro better than other territory-based game types is that all the players are moving towards one central location. That means less skulking around in crouch mode and more killing, creating a perfect opportunity to work on experience bonuses for different weapons. It’s also pretty fun.
I have only played Team Deathmatch and Cage Match until today. After realizing how amazing Headquarters can be I think I found my new game type to play while I am not playing with friends from work. You get lots of kills, and quite a bit of experience. Dying is much more laid back than Team Deathmatch so I found myself running out a lot more (and getting killed more, but also picking up more kills) and it’s a great way to get your weapons geared up for some intense Team Deathmatch games.
There are 9 total hints, and I’ll let you check out the rest on you own in the link provided. Now while this isn’t as fast as boosting it is faster than finding a boosting buddy. But if you are playing Cage Match and feel like getting some easy experience and get your weapons geared up then let me know. My PSN is EmotionalNinja and while I don’t boost often, I’m not really ashamed of it when I do. I have a busy schedule and can’t devote a ton of time into the game so every now and then when my friends from work aren’t on I would be more than happy to do some Cage Match boosting.
