Zombie killers rest assured you will be playing Dead Rising 2 by the time you have to eat tons of turkey and go shopping early the next morning. The game is set to be released August 31st in the United States, September 2nd in Japan and September 3rd in Europe.

Dead Rising 2 is scheduled to be released in American on August 31st, in Japan on September 2nd, and in Europe on September 3rd of this year. While you’ll have to wait awhile to get your zombie killing fix, it was also announced today that there will be a playable prologue to Dead Rising 2 released on Xbox Live.
This now gives me about 7 months to save up enough money to buy a new Xbox 360.
