Army of Two: The 40th day looks to me like a graphically impressive game. While I hate 3rd person shooter games for online or competitive play (Gears of War was not my friend) this game’s single player does look quite solid. While I can’t say I’d take the story seriously I rarely ever take any stories seriously unless it’s an open world game style game. Just from watching this video review it really makes me want to rent the game and give it a try, but I highly doubt I would ever spend $60 for this game, if the story is only 5 to 6 hours and the online play doesn’t even let me use my customized weapons then I’m sorry I just can’t see buying it. However it does look solid enough for a rental and it looks like it deserved the 7.5 that GameSpot gave the game.
